Tewksbury Man Charged With Violating Abuse Prevention Order
The following information was taken from the Wilmington Police Department logs. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
The following is an excerpt from the Wilmington Police log from Sunday, Feb. 2, to Monday, Feb. 3.
Sunday, Feb. 2
At 12:07 a.m. a Cumberland Farms employee reported a man in a Bruins jersey slamming on the front door. Officers found the vehicle in Billerica, and the man was given a no trespass order.

At 5:04 a.m. police were called to a rollover accident on I-93 North with two victims on the ground. Exit 41 was shut down and State Police were notified. All injured parties were transported to the hospital. One man died as a result of the crash, and the driver was arrested.
At 2:25 p.m. a walk-in party reported that her jacket was stolen from Pacific Grove the previous night. The restaurant does have video, but only the owner has access to view it.

At 11:15 p.m. a woman reported that a man who she is familiar with just got into a fight with her friend and left the area. She has an active restraining order against the man. Tewksbury Police reported that the involved man walked into their station and reported that he was assaulted. Wilmington Police drove to Tewksbury and arrested Steven R. Parisi, 32, of 30 Oregon Road, Tewksbury, on charges of violating an abuse prevention order.
Monday, Feb. 3
At 1:14 p.m. a fire in the boiler was called in by the Fire Chief. Units knocked down the fire, cleared the scene and notified Public Buildings.
At 4:28 p.m. two female shoplifters were caught at Market Basket. Both were cooperative, restitution was paid for the groceries and the women were advised not to return to the store.
At 6:28 p.m. a man called from Lucci’s Supermarket and said there was a vehicle parked in the lot as he was leaving. The caller believes the person may have been following him on his way home, but he has since lost the vehicle.
