Walk Your Dog to fight Cancer at the First Bark for Life
The event takes place on Sunday, Nov. 15 from 1-3 p.m. in Tewksbury.
Courtesy Photo: Bubba is ready to have fun and fight cancer. On Nov 15, his owner, Patricia Rauseo, will use the American Cancer Society event Bark for Life in Tewksbury to recognize the caregiver qualities dogs bring to our lives.
On Nov. 15, the first Bark For Life will be held at the John F Ryan Elementary School in Tewksbury from 1-3 p.m. Check-in is 12:30 p.m. This American Cancer Society event recognizes the care giver qualities of the canines in your life.
The afternoon of fun starts with a walk and then continues with demonstrations, games, and contests. No matter who you are, there is a place for you at Bark For Life. Even non dog owners can participate. Every dollar raised, every instance of sharing, and every moment of learning brings us closer to beating cancer.

“We are excited to have this opportunity to honor our canines,” says Julie Rauseo, Tewksbury resident and Relay For Life Community Manager. Register at relayforlife.org/barktewksburyma.
