Burgess properties recently announced that it had brokered a deal for the 32,676-square foot space to be leased by a Malden-based company called Art of the Event. A fast-growing company, Art of the Event, specializes in the design and production of sets for corporate parties and events throughout the Greater Boston area. The company is in the process of moving in and will be using the space for offices, a warehouse and a showroom. The building at 353 Middlesex Ave. is owned by Paramount Realty Associates, LP.
