Wilmington Students Named to Assumption College Dean's List

WILMINGTON, MA - Four Wilmington residents were among 509 students recognized for outstanding student academic achievement and named to Assumption College’s undergraduate Dean’s List for the fall 2015 semester.

To earn a spot on the Dean’s List, Assumption students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 for a five-class, 15-credit semester. The Dean’s List is announced twice every academic year, once at the completion of the fall semester, and again at the completion of the spring semester.

“Earning a position on the Dean’s List is a testament to hard work, a sharp mind, and a commitment to academic excellence,” said Assumption College President Francesco Cesareo, Ph.D. “These students’ dedication to their studies reflects the seriousness with which they take the formation of their intellectual and academic lives, an important aspect of the College’s mission.”

The following students from Wilmington were named to the Dean’s List:

• Lucas Garrity, a member of the class of 2019
• Patrick Giroux, a member of the class of 2016
• Sarah Johansson, a member of the class of 2016
• Michela Stone, a member of the class of 2016
