Wilmington's Sixth Annual 5K Run for Wilmington and Kim Forte Walk Set for April 24

WILMINGTON, MA - Registration is now open to join We’re One Wilmington’s “Strengthening the Community, One Step at a Time” at its Sixth Annual 5K Run for Wilmington + Kim Forte Walk. The race is open to runners and walkers of all ages and athletic abilities.

The Sixth Annual 5K Run for Wilmington/Kim Forte Walk is a professionally timed event and will be held this year on Sunday, April 24 at 11 a.m.

This family event attracts more than 500 participants and is a cornerstone fundraiser for WOW enabling our non profit to:

• Award scholarships to high school seniors
• Fund Boston Museum passes via the Wilmington Library
• Provide holiday gifts for local families
• Collaborate with other non-profits to support the needs of families in Wilmington
• Provide enrichment programs for Angels in Motion

Participants will meet on the Wilmington Town Common on April 24. Learn more about the history of this event, which is dedicated to the memory of our beloved Kim Forte.

Registration Information for Runners and Walkers

WOW will be donating $5 per adult and $3 per child registration to the Wilmington non-profit of your choice. Non-profit selections can be chosen on your registration form (both paper and online). T-shirts are guaranteed to participants registered by Friday, March 25.
