Wilmington's Weather: Clear Days, Cool Nights Start the Week

There will be plenty of sunshine and nice temperatures to start the week, but come nightfall you may need to add an extra blanket to the bed with overnight lows in the 20s.

Here’s a look at this week’s weather forecast:

• Monday: Sunny skies with a high of 55. Clear skies continue Monday night with a low of 27.

• Tuesday: Another sunny day with a high of 47. Temperatures drop again Tuesday night with a low of 27.

• Wednesday: Mostly sunny with a few clouds and a high of 51. Mostly cloudy skies again Wednesday night with a low of 37.

• Thursday: Cloudy with light rain developing later in the day and a high of 56. Not as cold Thursday night with rain in the forecast and a low of 48.

• Friday: Steady rain Friday morning with continuing showers in the afternoon and a high of 55. Dry overnight with a low of 33.
