Your Wilmington Weather: Thunderstorms, More Warm Temps to Start the Week

Thunderstorms are on the radar to start the week before some really hot air moves in bringing Wilmington temperatures into the 90s.

Here’s a look at Wilmington’s weather forecast for the week:

• Monday: Isolated thunderstorms start the day in the morning becoming more widespread in the afternoon with a high of 82. Scattered showers and thunderstorms Monday night with a low near 65.

• Tuesday: A partly cloudy day with isolated thunderstorms developing during the afternoon with a high near 90. Partly cloudy skies Tuesday night with a low near 66.

• Wednesday: Intervals of clouds and sunshine, high of 93. Some clouds early Wednesday night will give way to generally clear conditions overnight with a low of 68.

• Thursday: A mix of sun and clouds, high of 96. Expect isolated thunderstorms during the evening before skies clear overnight with a low of 66.

• Friday: A sunny day with a few afternoon clouds and a high of 90 degrees. Mostly clear skies Friday night with a low of 63.
