A Winchester man was arrested early Sunday morning after police were called to a loud party in Amherst, Massachusetts, officials say.Multiple officers were sent to 202 College Street for a noise complaint. Upon arrival at the scene, officers found dozens of people conversing loudly with music blaring. Police arrested a Winchester man, 20, for being a minor in possession of alcohol.The home's tenant will be summonsed to court for violating noise laws.
