Oxford 3-Alarm Fire: 1 Dead
An Oxford home was engulfed in flames Thursday evening, and a homeowner said her mother was still inside.

OXFORD, MA — One person was found dead after a fire fully engulfed an Oxford home Thursday evening, reports say.
The fire started around 8 p.m. on Sacarrappa Road, and a family member came home and told firefighters that her mother was inside, reports WHDH-TV. Firefighters went into the home but the flames were too intense.
The victim has not yet been publicly identified.

By 9:15 p.m., the fire was under control, and investigators told the Telegram and Gazette that there is no indication yet as to what started the fire.
