$1M Lottery Ticket Sold In Worcester

WORCESTER, MA — A $1 million lottery ticket was sold in Worcester this week.

Peter Quill of Quincy claimed the large prize in a Massachusetts State Lottery instant ticket game called "$4,000,000 Bonus Money." The ticket was sold at G and M Grocery, at 504 Cambridge St.

The trust, represented by trustee David Spillane, opted to receive its prize as a one-time payment of $650,000. He said the winner plans to use the money to purchase their first home.
