3 Charged With Oxy Distribution: Worcester PD
After a lengthy investigation, three are facing charges for the sale and distribution of Oxycodone.

WORCESTER, MA—After a lengthy investigation, three are facing charges for distributing Oxycodone in Worcester.
Members of the Worcester Police Vice squad, the Worcester DEA Tactical Diversion Squad and members of the Massachusetts State Police worked jointly over the past few months on an extensive drug investigation involving a distribution organization within the city and surrounding towns.
Luke Deptula has been the target of the investigation, which included surveillance. During the past several weeks, the officers, agents and troopers observed several incidents where there were Oxycodone drug transactions.

On Friday, May 11, officers, agents and troopers located and arrested Luke Deptula, 33, Santoro Road and Daniel Septula, 35, Santoro Road, in Northborough at the Motel 6.
Luke Deptula was charged with 3 counts of Distribution of Class B Substance and Daniel Deptula was charged with one Count of Distribution of Class B substance.

With a warrant in hand, officers searched a Nicholas Ave. residence, the home of Brian Murphy, 57. Murphy was home at the time, and in possession of 15 Oxycodone pills and $280 in cash. Murphy was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Class B Substance with the Intent to Distribute.
All three men will be arraigned at the Worcester District Courthouse on Monday, May 14.
