61-Year-Old Arrested For Stabbing In Lincoln Square: Worcester PD
When police arrived, a man had been stabbed several times during a fight.

WORCESTER, MA—A senior citizen is facing assault charges after allegedly stabbing a man during a fight in Worcester on Thursday.
Police headed to Lincoln Square on June 21 around 11 a.m. after getting reports of a fight in the area. Two men were shouting at each other and making threats when police got there, both of them with blood on their clothes. One of the men had been stabbed several times, said police.
Witnesses told police that a male later identified as Jonathan Goff, 61, West Street, approached the victim and an argument broke out. Goff stabbed the victim, a 24-year-old Worcester man, several times. He was placed under arrest and charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. The victim was transported to the hospital and is expected to recover from his injuries.
