A 22-year-old will spend more than a decade in federal prison for selling thousands of fake pills to an undercover officer.
WORCESTER, MA — A Worcester man was sentenced Wednesday to 12 years in federal prison after he sold counterfeit Adderall pills to undercover law enforcement.
Nestiano Kristo, 22, pleaded guilty in March to drug charges including distribution of methamphetamine, possession of meth, possession of cocaine and illegal possession of a gun, according to the U.S. Attorney in Boston.
According to prosecutors, Kristo began selling fake Adderall pills that were actually composed of meth and cocaine in May 2021 to the undercover officer. In total, he transferred about 3,000 pills during undercover buys.
