Alleged Crack Dealer Faces Charges After Sale On Chatham: WPD
Police nab an alleged downtown drug dealer.

WORCESTER, MA—A young man from Worcester is facing drug charges after police catch him allegedly selling crack cocaine downtown.
Around 11 a.m. on Feb. 1, Worcester officers in plain clothes were surveilling the area of Main and Chatham streets and spotted a man identified later as Antoine Armstrong, 21, Queen Street, aimlessly walking around the area. According to police, that's common behavior for street-level drug dealers, so they watched him more closely.
Shortly after, a woman walked up to him and appeared to hand him money, Armstrong looking around in all directions, and then spit something out of his mouth and gave it to her. At this point, officers moved in and stopped the female, who had two small bags of what appeared to be crack-cocaine.
