Body Found In Burning Car In Cemetery Identified
The woman whose body was found in a burning car in Hope Cemetery has been identified.

WORCESTER, MA—The woman found in a burned car in a Worcester cemetery last Tuesday morning has been identified.
Cynthia Webb, 59, of Sterling was found dead in a car still smoldering in a car in Hope Cemetery on Dec. 12. Steven Foley, 56,was arrested Tuesday evening on an outstanding warrant for Burning a Motor Vehicle. He was taken into custody in Peabody.
Foley was arraigned Wednesday in Worcester District Court. The investigation into the death at Hope Cemetery is ongoing.
