Carrying Loaded Firearms: Worcester Grand Jury Indictments

Two Worcester-related cases were announced by the Middlesex DA.

WORCESTER, MA–Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Tuesday the grand jury indictments handed down between Nov. 21, 2017, and Jan. 17, 2018

Two Worcester-related cases were included.

All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Travis Davis, 28, of Worcester, was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Willie Kusi, 22, of Worcester, was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.
