Conspiracy, Assault And Battery: Worcester Grand Jury Indictments
Two Worcester-related cases were announced by the Middlesex DA.

WORCESTER, MA—Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Thursday the grand jury indictments from March 15 to April 17.
Two Worcester-related cases were included:
Jeremiah Nieves, 22, of Worcester, was charged with assault and battery in violation of a restraining order, violating a restraining order (3 counts), and witness intimidation (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Maren Schrader.

Juan Almanzar, 48, of Worcester, was charged with conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorneys are William R. Freeman and Michael Klunder.
