Drunk Driver Seriously Hurts 2 Off-Duty Cops In Worcester: Police
Two Leicester police officers are in the hospital being treated for multiple injuries.
WORCESTER, MA — Two off-duty Leicester police officers were struck by a drunk driver and seriously injured in Worcester on Thursday, according to the Worcester Police Department.
Eddie Santiago and Stephen Kustigian were riding their motorcycles at the Summer Street intersection between St. Vincent Hospital and the city’s main Post Office when they were hit, the Leicester Police Alliance said in a Facebook post.

Both officers are being treated at UMass Memorial Medical Center with injuries ranging from a shattered pelvis, spinal fractures and a broken leg.
The Leicester Police Alliance started a fundraising page to raise money for the two injured police officers.
