Fire In UMass Hospital Parking Garage: Reports
Several cars reportedly caught on fire in the lot at UMass.

WORCESTER, MA—Firefighters battled a blaze in the parking garage at UMass hospital Wednesday evening, according to several reports and scanner alerts.
The fire reportedly erupted from at least eight parked cars in the garage on South Street on the campus in Worcester.

No injuries have been reported and the building was closed, according to the Worcester Fire Department. By around 7:30 p.m. the fire was extinguished and flatbed were brought in to remove the cars, according to reports.
