First Responders Night At Worcester Railers Game

There will be a Touch-a-Truck event, and the Worcester police and Worcester fire hockey teams will face off.

WORCESTER, MA — Worcester's ice hockey team is hosting its annual First Responders Night this weekend.

The event at the Worcester Railers game against the Greensboro Gargoyles on Saturday is meant to celebrate police officers, firefighters, EMTS and dispatchers who serve on the front lines in Worcester County.

Before the Railers play, the annual Guns & Hoses Pre-Game will take place. That's when the Worcester Police Hockey and Worcester Fire Hockey teams will go head-to-head. Puck drop is at 3:15 p.m.
