WORCESTER, MA — Gov. Maura Healey will stop in Worcester Monday as part of a push to highlight affordable housing developments either opening or under construction across the state.

Healey will use her tour on Monday to highlight the creation of a new Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, and a recent tax proposal that includes some relief for renters and senior homeowners.

Healey and Lt. Gov. Kim Driscoll along with Mayor Joseph Petty and City Manager Eric Batista will tour the Grand Street Commons development in Main South. The Main South Community Development Corp. built the 48 new town homes along Grand Street and opened them to applicants last summer.
