A man climbed into her back seat while she was at the ATM, and demanded money when she got in the driver's seat.

WORCESTER, MA—Police are looking for a man they say jumped into the back seat of a woman's car while she was inside an ATM, and demanded money when she got into the driver's seat.

Police were called to a Bank of America ATM at 490 Lincoln St. around 9:15 a.m. on Thursday morning. A woman had parked her car and went in to the ATM to withdraw money and when she returned to her vehicle and got into the driver's seat, she felt something against her neck and a voice behind her demanding money, said police.

The male suspect had climbed into the back seat while she was at the ATM, telling her he had a gun and that she should give him all her money. The woman yelled for help and an employee of the ATM servicing company went over to the car, at which time the suspect fled the scene. The suspect is described as a black male, 5’9” tall with a scruffy beard, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.
