Man Hospitalized After Shooting In Worcester

He is expected to survive, according to police.

WORCESTER, MA — A man was hospitalized after a shooting in Worcester on Monday.

Worcester police responded to the area of Water and Harrison Streets for a reported gunshot victim shortly after 6 p.m. A 31-year-old man was suffering a gunshot wound to the chest and was taken to the hospital.

He is expected to survive, according to police.
