Man On Probation After Grabbing Worcester Councilor's Shoulder: Report
After he reportedly grabbed a councilor's shoulder, a Sturbridge man has been placed on probation.

WORCESTER, MA - A Sturbridge man was placed on probation after he admitted to grabbing a Worcester city councilor's shoulder, according to the Telegram & Gazette.
The presiding judge reportedly said it did not appear the man had bad intentions, but David Carlson, 61, admitted enough facts existed for a guilty charge of assault and battery on a public employee. Given a successful completion of probation, the Telegram reported that charges are generally dismissed in these sorts of cases.
At an event last year, Carlson apparently grabbed Councilor Luis Ojeda's shoulder in an attempt to get his attention.
