Man Secretly Records Lowe’s Employees Using Bathroom In Milford: Police

An 18-year-old man is now facing charges after police say he recorded two workers.

MILFORD, MA — An 18-year-old from Wrentham is now facing charges after he secretly recorded multiple Lowe’s Employees while they used the bathroom, according to the Milford Police Department.

The town's public safety line received reports of an unknown man filming staff members in the restroom of the home improvement store at 40 Fortune Blvd. on June 27.

Two employees told officers that on separate occasions, the man entered the stall next to them and propped a phone up against his sweatpants on the ground with the camera ready to record.

Milford police identified 18-year-old John Kelley of Wrentham as the suspect. Police said Kelley admitted to recording the employees without their knowledge.

He has been charged with two counts of photographing an unsuspecting nude person, according to police.
