MassDOT To Host Hearing On Pedestrian, Bike Improvements On Pleasant Street In Worcester

WORCESTER, MA — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation is hosting an in-person design public hearing for proposed crosswalk and bike lane improvements in Worcester.
The proposed project will improve pedestrian and bicyclist safety on Pleasant Street (Route 122). It will reconstruct sidewalks, create new 5-foot-wide sidewalks, add 5-foot-wide bike lanes, and incorporate additional pedestrian crossings.
The public hearing will take place on Dec. 3 at 6:30 p.m. at West Tatnuck Elementary School, 300 Mower St.
