How did you get into the insurance industry?
I started my insurance career with Liberty Mutual in August 2021 when I made a very difficult decision to leave my prior employer, Big Y World Class Market, after over 20 years of service.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is helping others with their own specific insurance needs. Many people view insurance as transactional, but I view it as consultative and needs-based.
What’s something you wish everyone knew about insurance?
I wish everyone understood that insurance is the transfer of risk and having proper coverage is much more important than price.
What's something you wish everyone knew about working with a local agent?
A local agent has the skillset and expertise to consult with you to review your current coverages and tailor certain insurance products to your specific needs to ensure that you and your family are properly protected and not paying for anything that you do not need.
What factors should someone consider when exploring their insurance options?
The reputation of the insurance agent and/or insurance company and what products they offer. It is always a good idea to research reviews & testimonials beforehand.
What would you tell someone who’s on the fence about getting a personalized insurance policy quote?
I am here to help you understand what you currently have (or don't have), and recommend the absolute best insurance option(s) for your specific needs. And if you decide not to go with what I recommend then that is perfectly okay!
What do you like most about the Western Massachusetts area?
I love all the things to do in Springfield and throughout Western Massachusetts. From fine dining and local breweries, visiting the Berkshires, to spending a day at Six Flags with my family, there is always something great to do!
