Mirick Welcomes Mary Frances Richardson
Richardson Joins the Firm's Family Law and Divorce Group

Mirick is pleased to announce that Mary Frances Richardson has joined the firm’s Family Law and Divorce Team. According to Kirsten M. Demoga, a partner in the Family Law and Divorce Group, “We are thrilled to have Mary Fran join our family law practice, she brings with her a distinguished background through her judicial clerkship with the Honorable Wilma Lewis and as a trial attorney for the Department of Justice.”
Richardson’s practice specializes in all aspects of family law including divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, custody actions, child support, alimony, and paternity.
Prior to joining Mirick, Richardson was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Wilma A. Lewis, Chief Judge of the District Court of the Virgin Islands, St. Croix. She then joined the Department of Justice, where she was a trial attorney in the Criminal Enforcement Section of the Tax Division. “I was impressed with Mirick’s reputation for delivering exceptional client service and investing in the communities it serves,” says Richardson. “I am excited to help advance that mission.”

Richardson received her B.A. from Fordham University and her J.D. from American University.
