Park Serve Day In MA Offer Chance To Beautify State Parks
A weekend of service opportunities around Earth Day will focus on state parks across Massachusetts.

WORCESTER, MA — Get ready for a weekend of volunteer activities revolving around Earth Day focusing on state parks across Massachusetts.
Park Serve Day events will be happening locally and across the state this weekend, the latest installment in a park stewardship tradition that the Department of Conservation and Recreation started in 2006.
"Park Serve day is your opportunity to help tend to your favorite state park by getting involved in a clean-up, painting, or other restorative project for one day. Parks across the Commonwealth decide on projects and invite volunteers for a day of work and fun," DCR said.
