Popular TV Show Filming In Worcester Again This Week

Multiple roads will be closed.

WORCESTER, MA — The Walking Dead: Dead City is back in Worcester this week to film some more scenes for its third season.

Police said that multiple roads will be closed this week as filming continues:

  • Nov. 17 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. - Mechanic Street to Norwich Street and Commercial Street
  • Nov. 18 from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. - Main Street from Foster to MLK

The popular television show has filmed in Worcester multiple times this month, transforming parts of the city into a mini-apocalyptic replica of New York City.

However, filming in September and October was not the first time the AMC zombie show recorded a season in Worcester. The Walking Dead spinoff filmed scenes for its second season in the city in 2024.
