Route 20 Closed All Day After Diesel Tanker Spill: MassDOT
The tanker overturned early Tuesday near the Route 20, Mass Pike and Route 146 interchange, spilling diesel in the area.

MILLBURY, MA — Route 20 will remain closed near the Mass Pike interchange in Millbury all day Tuesday following an early morning diesel spill.
MassDOT said the road could be closed for 12 hours to clean up the spill. The closure cuts off one of the main access points to the Mass Pike from Worcester and nearby towns. The closure will likely mean longer drives for many commuters.
According to MassDOT, drivers who would typically use exit 94 onto Route 146 will be directed to either exit 90 to Route 122 in Millbury, or exit 96 to I-290. Route 20 itself will be closed between Greenwood Street in Worcester and Park Hill Avenue in Millbury.
