State Senators Skydive To Support Central MA Families
Two Worcester lawmakers will take the leap with local nonprofits.
WORCESTER, MA — Two local lawmakers will skydive from 14,000 feet on Sunday for the second annual The Sky’s the Limit campaign. Sen. Michael Moore (D-Second Worcester) and Sen. Robyn Kennedy (D-First Worcester) will take the leap with two nonprofits based in Central Massachusetts.
All money raised will go toward CASA Project Worcester County and Legendary Legacies. Both organizations serve marginalized youth and families in the area.
“There’s nothing I won’t do to drive awareness and funding to the issues that impact youth in our community—even jump out of a perfectly good airplane!” said Sen. Moore in a news release from CASA.

Sen. Kennedy agreed. She said, “Our future depends on how we show up for young people today…Being here with the leaders from CASA and Legendary Legacies is a reminder that when we believe in them, they rise—and so does our whole community.”
The jump will happen at Skydive Danielson in Danielson, Connecticut.
