Strangulation, Armed Robbery, Kidnapping: Worcester Grand Jury Indictments

Three Worcester-related cases were announced by the Middlesex DA.

WORCESTER, MA–Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Tuesday the grand jury indictments handed down between Aug. 3 and Sept. 20.

Three Worcester-related cases were included.

All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Travis Davis, 27, of Worcester, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts), kidnapping, armed assault in a dwelling (2 counts), armed robbery (2 counts), and home invasion (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Willie Kusi, 22, Worcester, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts), kidnapping, armed assault in a dwelling (2 counts), armed robbery (2 counts), and home invasion (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Holger Ordonez, 22, of Worcester, was charged with rape, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury (3 counts), assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (3 counts), assault and battery on a household or family member (2 counts), kidnapping, suffocation, witness intimidation (2 counts), and violating a restraining order (3 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Margaret Pastuszak.
