The service will also be free until next June.

SUDBURY, MA — Due to its popularity, Sudbury's shuttle program will offer expanded service hours starting on Monday, Sept. 15.

Residents can request rides with the Catch Connect Shuttle anytime, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The service will also continue to be fare-free until June 2026.

Previously, the shuttle service began at noon on weekdays.

The "microtransit" service debuted last July. It is a MetroWest Regional Transit Authority shuttle bus that works similarly to rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft.

It offers on-demand rides anywhere in town and to parts of Marlborough. All you have to do is request a ride in the Catch Connect app, and a driver will pick you up.

The service is targeted to serve older adults and those with disabilities or financial needs, according to the town. But it is offered for all residents older than 12 years old.
