Lanes Closed In Worcester After Rollover Crash On I-290
The crash happened early Monday morning.
WORCESTER, MA — I-290 eastbound in Worcester has been reduced to two lanes after a rollover crash early Monday morning, according to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.
Shortly before 5 a.m., MassDOT reported that both the left and right lanes on I-290 eastbound in Worcester were closed due to the crash. This happened between exit 18: RT-122 and exit 19.
Nearly one hour later, the department shared an update stating that the left lane had reopened, while the right lane remained closed.

The latest update was shortly before 11 a.m. MassDOT said the roadway had been reduced to two lanes, and the right lane is still closed.
