Warmest Year Yet For Worcester: Report

The region saw its warmest temperatures since records have been kept.

WORCESTER, MA - Worcester saw its warmest year yet, according to the Telegram & Gazette.

In 2024, the previous record of 51.6 degrees in 2023 increased by one-tenth of a degree. The average temperature through the calendar year was 51.7 degrees Fahrenheit. That’s the highest it’s been in the region since records have been kept by the National Centers for Environmental Information.
