A wind advisory has been issued for early Friday morning through the afternoon.

WORCESTER, MA - The National Weather Service Boston issued a wind advisory for Central and Western Massachusetts.

The advisory is in place from 4 a.m. Friday, Feb. 6 through 4 p.m. that same day. Winds blowing west are expected to be around 15-25 mph, with gusts between 40-50 mph.

Tree limbs may be blown down and power outages could occur.
