Woman Attacked With Umbrella In Dunkin' Donuts Drive-Thru

A 31-year-old woman said that she was in her car in the drive-thru line when she heard a banging noise on her rear passenger side.

WORCESTER, MA—Police are looking for a pair who allegedly got out of the car in a drive-thru and assaulted the woman in the car in front of them.

Around 4:05 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2, police headed to the Chandler Street Dunkin' Donuts where an assault with a dangerous weapon had reportedly just occurred. A 31-year-old woman said that she was in her car in the drive-thru line when she heard a banging noise on her rear passenger side. She saw a man and a woman standing near her car with an umbrella.

The woman got out and asked the couple to stop hitting her car when the man walked up and allegedly swung the umbrella at her, causing a slice on her chin. The victim got back into her car drove away from the scene and called police.

Worcester EMS arrived at the scene and transported the victim to a nearby hospital to have her laceration treated.

The first suspect was described as a Hispanic male, approximately early 20’s, 5’7”, short curly hair wearing jean shorts and a red shirt. The second suspect was described as a Hispanic female, early 20’s, approximately 5’6”, curly hair in a bun, wearing a head band and a gray shirt.

Officers could not find any suspects.
