Mayor Joseph Petty To Serve 8th Term, District 2 + 5 Councilors Not Re-elected: Worcester 2025 Election
This year's ballot included contested races for Mayor, City Councilor at-large and several other seats.

WORCESTER, MA — Full unofficial results in Worcester's 2025 municipal election are in.
It looks like Worcester Mayor Joseph Petty will win his eighth term, garnering 13,753 votes, according to unofficial totals.
His closest challenger is At-Large Councilor Khrystian King, who was more than 5,200 votes behind the leader.

The six Councilor-at-large candidates with the most votes were incumbents Petty, King, Kate Toomey, and Morris Bergman, as well as newcomers Gary Rosen and Satya Mitra. That means incumbent Donna Colorio will be leaving the City Council.
