Worcester County School Shelter In Place After Ammo Found
A loaded gun clip was found on the grounds of a middle-high school.

BARRE, MA—A shelter in place was ordered after a loaded clip was found at a Worcester County school on Monday morning, according to reports.
Quabbin Regional Middle-High School was put on shelter in place status after a member of the maintenance staff found the clip on a ballfield in the dugout, said the school.
WHDH-TV reports that a firearm was not found but that the situation is being investigated.

Around 11:30 a.m., Quabbin Regional announced that after a thorough search of the buildings, grounds, student backpacks, etc., which revealed no findings, the Shelter-In-Place has been lifted at the MS/HS. Classes are back in session with a normal dismissal.
