Worcester Man Facing OUI, Gun And Drug Charges
He was arrested after police responded to reports of a man sleeping in his car at Cumberland Farms in Oxford.
WORCESTER, MA — A Worcester man was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence and possessing guns and drugs, according to the Oxford Police Department.
Zachary Bergeron was charged on Tuesday after police found suspected narcotics and a firearm inside his vehicle. This was after officers responded to reports of a man, who was identified as Bergeron, sleeping in his car at Cumberland Farms in Oxford.

Police found a loaded handgun, ammunition, and a quantity of suspected crack cocaine in his car. He doesn't have a license to carry in Massachusetts.
Bergeron was charged with OUI Liquor, Trafficking Cocaine, Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition. His bail was set at $2,500.
