Worcester Man Indicted For Murder In Dorchester Street Shooting

A Worcester man is accused of being one of four people involved in a fatal shooting on Dorchester Street last December.

WORCESTER, MA - 4 defendants, including one man from Worcester, were all indicted for a shooting on Dorchester Street in December 2024.

According to a news release from District Attorney Joseph Early's office, Adrian Rodriguez, 33, of Fitchburg, Darius Perkins, 21, of Worcester, Dylan Driscoll, 19, and Jorge Rolon, 17, of Fitchburg were all arraigned on the charge of murder. Driscoll, Perkins and Rolon were also hit with three firearm charges, possession of a loaded firearm, possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition without an FID card.

The shooting occurred just after 2 a.m. on Dec. 16, 2024. Officers responded to a report of gunshots at 58 Dorchester St. and found Obed Addow, 28, of Worcester suffering from multiple wounds inside his vehicle.

The four defendants were arrested on Dec. 22, 2024. Rodriguez, Perkins, and Rolon were found in Fitchburg, while Driscoll was detained in New Jersey. Rolon, the only minor in the group, was initially charged in juvenile court and then arraigned in Worcester District Court.

The defendants are held without bail, and their cases are due back in court on May 2.
