Worcester Man Wins $200 A Week Lottery Prize: Report
A Worcester man chose the lump sum of a lottery prize that entitled him to $200 per week for the rest of his life.
WORCESTER, MA - A Worcester man is the lucky winner of a lottery ticket entitling him to $200 a week for the rest of his life, according to MassLive.
Michael Anable purchased the $2 scratch ticket and chose the cash option. He received a one-time payment of $160,000 (pre-taxes) when he claimed the ticket on March 31. There are still seven grand prizes remaining as of April 4. He bought the ticket at a store called Corners Convenience in Springfield. The shop will get a $2,080 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
