WORCESTER, MA— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize the awesome moms and mom figures in communities like yours.

What makes your mom extra special?
She is truly the strongest woman I know and has the most loving heart. She has stood by me through every obstacle in life and she shines brighter than anyone I know! She is such an amazing yaya to her granddaughter and fills us all with joy! My mother is truly my hero!
Why do you feel your mom deserves the spotlight?
It’s rare to find people with kind loving souls these days. She is one of them! She is determined and driven by her family!
