Worcester Schools Canceled (Again), Thundersnow Possible
That National Weather Service is predicting as much as a foot or more in much of the area. Therefore, no school in Worcester Thursday.

WORCESTER, MA—Bracing for another possibly-significant dumping, Worcester public schools have canceled for a another day, with no classes on Thursday.
Snowfall is increasing as we head into the evening commute. Plows will be dispatched accordingly. Residents are reminded that the Declared Parking Ban remains in effect. Trash collection for Thurs 3/08 is on normal schedule; however, here is NO SCHOOL for Worcester Public Schools

Heavy snow is expected with an accumulation of 12 to 16 inches in "most of interior Massachusetts" with a winter storm warning until 1 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
According to NWS, "travel will be very difficult if not impossible. Tree branches and wires could fall. Near blizzard conditions possible at times late this evening and overnight across interior northeast Massachusetts. Snowfall rates of 1 to 3 inches during the height of the storm with thundersnow possible."
