WORCESTER, MA—Congrats to Worcester. We've shattered another record. Harvey and all our favorite meteorologists told us it would be unseasonably warm on Wednesday, and it certainly was. Worcester was among the areas that broke a record for temperature on Wednesday, achieving a record high of 71.
