WPD: Man Charged Following Gunshots Fired On Washington Street

WORCRSTER, MA - Police charged a man following a report of shots fired on Washington Street, according to a news release from the Worcester Police Department (WPD).

Luis Nascimiento, 24, was arrested for two outstanding warrants after police surveilled the area around Washington Street. He was charged with Carrying a Firearm While Unlicensed, Carrying a Loaded Firearm While Unlicensed, Possession of a Firearm without an FID Card, Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card and Discharging a Firearm within 500 Feet of a Dwelling.
