This MI Restaurant Ranks Among 100 Most Romantic In U.S.

MICHIGAN — Just in time for Valentine’s Day, OpenTable has released its annual list of the most romantic restaurants in America, which includes one from Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The reservation service released its 2025 iteration of the Top 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in America, an elite list developed from more than 12 million diner reviews and other metrics, the site said.

Leo’s, located at 60 Ottawa Ave NW in Grand Rapids, is "the premier dining destination for exquisite seafood, classic cuisine, decadent desserts, and a world-class wine list," the site said.

"The dining room at Leo’s offers a sense of style and sophistication in an inviting and elegant setting. A distinctive feature of Leo’s is our bar and lounge area that boasts floor to ceiling windows and a lively, more casual environment from which to enjoy our extensive variety of curated wines, carefully crafted cocktails, and local craft beers."

The full list includes restaurants in 34 states and Puerto Rico. States with the most restaurants on the list were California with 11, Ohio with 9, and Florida and Virginia with six each.

One thing to keep in mind. Reservations book up quickly, with about half gone two weeks before Valentine’s Day, according to OpenTable.
