Michigan's Most Dangerous Intersections In 2022: Report

MICHIGAN — Many of Michigan's most dangerous intersections are in metro Detroit, according to a report put together by Michigan Auto Law.

The group used 2022 data from Michigan State Police to determine which intersections saw the most traffic crashes. On their list of the top 20 worst intersections, only three were outside southeastern Michigan.

"The more heavily traveled roads will tend to have more total car accidents. Also, highly-populated areas tend to have more cars on the roads and therefore more auto accidents," officials wrote in the report.
