Simply put, Baconfest Michigan 2012 is a celebration of all things bacon.
OK, but what does that really mean?
That means we'll have samples of more types of bacon than you could possibly imagine. And by samples, we don't mean just a diet-sized bite. We mean real bacon samples , and featured bacon dishes too, during the whole event.
That also means we'll be joined by restaurants, celebrity chefs, and vendors all in one location helping us celebrate our love (some say obsession) with all things bacon-related. For one price you'll get all-day access, unlimited bacon samples, and even drink tickets to help you get in a celebratory mood.
Wait, did you just say unlimited bacon?
Yes. All for one inclusive price. You might want to consider not eating the day before. Just don't bring one of those fanny packs to stuff extra bacon into. We're onto you.

Baconfest Michigan 2012 will be held Saturday June 2nd from 6-10pm, 2012 at the Royal Oak Farmers Market in Royal Oak, Michigan. It will be an all-indoor event.
How much does it cost?

There will be some "fake bacon" options but they'll be pretty limited. Instead, a Baconfest Michigan 2012 ticket would be a great gift to get a bacon lover you know.

What if I live out of the state of Michigan?
Just because there's Michigan in the title, that doesn't mean you can't road trip from Ohio, Illinois, or Indiana to come visit us, enjoy the Motor City, engage in a day-long celebration of bacon, and just maybe meet some new friends while you're here.
